I am an Aquarius, the Water-Bearer, and as such I have a wealth of emotion and believe that knowledge should be poured out into the world and is just as important as water is. I see myself as a reasonable person who looks at the “bigger picture” and thirsts for wisdom I can accept when I may be wrong. Music is something that is just as important to me as life itself. Somehow I always get stuck at the defining WORDS, not things. It wasn’t that long ago that I defined myself with words like broken, ruined and forever destructed by forces outside my control. I thought that my innocence and curiosity was someone else’s to take from me. I’ve now stripped myself of almost all the destructive labels I was given. I think that I’m on the path of defining myself (or re-defining and even de-defining myself) which is something that will continue on until my body dies. Considering that … I’m not sure I’m in the position to define myself further. Maybe I’m just childishly tired right now but … There are many things that I embrace and which speak to me, but do they define me? I’m not sure.

I am a Capricorn and just like that I am a very hard worker and don’t give up very easily, so that I’ve left my homecountry Brazil to live and study in Germany, without any financial help from my family, for example. And again just like a Capricorn I am a very good friend and partner, I give them a lot without willing to receive something back, and am very honest, but when someone hurts my trust, this one has lost me probably forever… Well, you see, like a Cpricorn I can be very obstinate (don’t know exavtly the right english word). I love anything with strings but it’s really like how a violin or a viola almost sound like a woman’s voice, like how you can make it tremble in a good way. I don’t think anything sounds quite as beautiful in most cases. Men’s voices just don’t sound as good.
I love the guitar clean with minor effect like reverb or echo effects but you can keep the heavy distortion. I think it’s just noise.
As far as music I like many different types. Of course Alanis, but also Andy McKee, train, kaki king, Adele, Coldplay, the fray, GOTYE, I love me some old Coletrain, Sinatra, Miles Davis, STP, John Lee Hooker, BB King, Chillie Peppers, and I’m drawling a blank. This list doesn’t even begin to do me justice. I’ll add more when I think of them and have time.
Well I used to think I was smart and then I met some really smart people. I used to think I was funny but then I met some really funny people. Not to say that I’m neither of those things, just that it made me realize I want to keep improving and challenging myself. I suppose that’s defining in itself.
