Hi Im just getting into shadow work research and stuff and plan to get her book because of you.
And I just just realized I may have subconsciously wrote about shadow work in a poem many years ago I wrote without even knowing about this shadow stuff. Just heard an interview with Alanis and some guy talking about it and I need it so…anyways…My poem is called “mind told” and the line I am thinking of is….”with dark curtains to block out the light”…k so maybe I have some curtain work to be doing….Thanks for sharing this kind of stuff Alanis and of course Debbie.
