Note to self: everything is just Better when I have an active, wise, kind and tenderness-filled inner parent looking after everything.

Revelation: the challenge is not between men and women. The quandary is between the masculine and the feminine….within Both genders. The vision being the harmony between both parts, in all beings.

Favorite moment: the connection I feel with and the gratitude I have for the Brazilian people for being so generous and passionate at our shows here in brazil. We will miss you!

Note to self: simplicity (not be mistaken with lack of subtlety/complexity) is next to godliness

Revelation: when I am frustrated about a circumstance—best for me to change it, leave it, or tolerate it. (and part of tolerance includes the odd energy-moving vent session to be sure!). there is such thing as not buckling into victim/blame consciousness in a consistent way. So much more empowering and inspiring. Getting out of this old habit has proven to be well worth the stretch

Favorite moment: sharing the stage with Souleye and performing our song Jekyll and Hyde. Dreamcometrue. Bigcrush.

Note to self: looking into people’s eyes is not as scary as it used to be, go for it.

Revelation: hierarchy, when used for the purpose of helping define one’s archetype and roles, rather than ascribe higher or lesser value, can be quite useful and helpful.

Favorite moment of the night: my son Ever being so happy in the bandmates’ room, blissing out in fact, walking around with victor’s sticks. Edible.
