If you’re ever interested in trying something also uniquely special…Bryan Kest of Santa Monica Poweryoga is my all time favorite instructor…there is just something about his voice, filthy humor and cursing that bring about the bliss from a non-esoteric place which allows everybody to feel capable…love it.

I have this book as well…I need to retackle it I think. I started it when it was suggested during a critical relationship point and then let laziness and comfort with “what it” set in…thanks for the reminder.
