birmingham: heartful and gorgeous energy! so kind! present! generous! i am learning to receive the love. i am 
being out here with my family=dream come true.
big surprise of the night: i was not out of breath! not once! how is this possible? apparently being strong and doing the odd spin class and interval training did the trick. oh, and following my son Ever around, picking him up whenever he needs…somewhere under the padding are some stellar muscles that i can rely upon onstage..who knew!.
